Applesauce

A recipe from my mom.

Ingredients:

• 30 Macintosh apples (find a local orchard and buy them there)
• 1 cup water

Dishes you'll have to wash:

• Apple peeler (something like this on Amazon)
• One nonstick pot

Instructions:

1. Peel and slice all 30 apples into a nonstick pot.
2. Add 1 cup water.
3. Cook slowly on low heat, stirring periodically, until the apples fall apart.
